  • Partial analog reproduction of the exhibition (e.g. posters, print materials, QR codes, stationary displays)
  • Project documentation

We process your personal data (e.g., name, contact details, uploaded texts, images, videos, audio) solely for:

  • organisation, execution, and public presentation of the digital exhibition “Who We Are” on https://who-we-are.org
  • partial analog reproduction of the exhibition (e.g., posters, printed materials, QR codes, on-site displays)
  • project documentation

Legal basis
Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent) and, if applicable, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of a contract).
Special categories of personal data (Art. 9 GDPR) will only be processed with explicit consent.

Up to 5 years after the project ends, unless deletion is requested earlier.
